BASELINE is operated by Reclaw Labs. Your Stripe receipt names Reclaw Labs, and your card statement reads “RECLAW* BASELINE 2K”.
Season Pass
A one-time payment that unlocks the full Season Roadmap through Sep 30, 2027. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. If something went wrong (a duplicate charge, a charge you didn't make, or the roadmap not unlocking and restore not fixing it), reply to your Stripe receipt email and we'll make it right. A refunded pass stops unlocking.
Monthly
Cancel anytime in Manage billing on the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then and aren't charged again. We don't refund partial months.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right the law where you live gives you.
How to ask
Reply to your Stripe receipt email with what happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
